White Dogwood Elegantissima /Cornus Alba Elegantissima/ 

Summer-green shrubs. Planted in the sun, partial shade or full shade. Udemanding in terms soil, loves moderately moist to moist, slightly acidic, moderately rich soil. Can also be planted near water bodies, as well as in places with high groundwater levels. Fast-growing, can be trimmed and used in hedges. Regularly pruned vigorously in the spring, thus promoting the formation of strong new shoots. It is the young shoots that stand out in winter with a variety of bright colors. First pruned in April, leaving the about 30-50 cm, later repeatedly until July. The plant can be kept in the range of 1-1.5 m. If pruning is done only once in the spring, then the bush blooms with cream-colored flowers. The white color of the leaves occupies up to 50% of their surface. When the leaves bloom, they have a strong pink hue in the white area. Shoots red. Winter hardiness is good. Slow-growing.
