Foliage - green. Height of foliage 30 cm, inflorescences 50 cm. Flowers - small, with a blue center, in upturned spools. Blooms from late April to early June, about 40 days. Long-lasting perennial that winters without covering. Plant from partial to full shade, in moderately moist to moist, permeable garden soils.
